We're about three months removed from the Super Bowl where the Seattle Seahawks won over the New England Patriots. Despite the game technically being all about those two teams going head-to-head, a lot of the talk the next day was about the halftime show.
Super Bowl 2026 Halftime Show Response
The game's halftime show featured Latin pop superstar Bad Bunny with a special appearance from Lady Gaga.
Mr. Bunny danced and sang his way through pop-up stage sets and even incorporated an actual, real- wedding, complete with vows, witnesses, and all, into his performance.

Now, for someone like myself who doesn't fully understand Spanish, I couldn't necessarily get into what Bad Bunny was singing - I didn't know the words! Call it what you want, but it didn't phase me the least bit.
My kiddos, all under the age of 8, didn't have any idea about what he was singing about either. Instead, they did what many people did including myself - we took it for what it was worth: a halftime show featuring singing, dancing, and flamboyant set pieces.
Not Everyone Was Happy About Bad Bunny's Performance
Now maybe I'm crazy because I don't feel the need to "go to the manager" about a Super Bowl halftime show that has zero bearing or impact on my life, but there were a few Montanans who felt the need to report the performance to the FCC.
And that's okay with me. I'm all about freedom of speech and exercising the right to use the resources available to you - who am I to judge?

But that's just how I am - there are not a lot of things that could actually "offend" me. Rather, I'm the type to ask more questions and dig deeper into what a thought process is the way it is.
And I know there are some who will say: "Chris, you're a bad father. You let your kids watch Bad Bunny's halftime performance."
You're entitled to think so and you might even be right. But if a Bad Bunny performance sponsored by Apple is one of the worst things I could do, then I think I'm doing alright.

I would love to hear your thoughts HERE.
