Weird Fees from Visa & MC Could Mean Refund in Montana

If you used a Visa or Master Card over the past several years at ATM machine in Montana or anywhere, there is a chance that you paid a fee that you shouldn't have been.

And now those two companies are offering refunds to consumers who overpaid while using their cards.  The refund could even be a small financial windfall, totaling nearly $2k dollars!

Fees Charged Were Illicit in Montana and Across the U.S.

According to a new article through MSN, the courts ruled in favor of the plaintiffs of the suit because "charging for standard ATM usage is considered illicit unless it involves special or premium services."

Refunds may be issued for those individuals and consumers that used ATMs from various banks nationwide between October 1, 2007, and July 26, 2024.
