• The My Best Day 5k and Kids Dash are returning to Great Falls in September and will be held at Wadsworth Park and the Rivers Edge Trail
• The annual event is a fundraiser for the Jake Arntson Memorial Fund and the Jake Arnston Teammate of the Year scholarships for local student/athletes
• Registration is currently open for the 5k and Kids Dash with runners encouraged to register by August 28, 2025, to ensure a shirt

How to Support Scholarships with My Best Day Fun Run

Even if you don't have children within the school system in Great Falls, there are ways to continue to help support students and athletes alike.  It may take a little huffing and puffing though.

The annual My Best Day 5k and Kids Dash are coming back for another fun-filled day for families to gather and help support our public schools and give remembrance to those that we have lost to early.

Scholarship Fundraiser Through the Jake Arnston Memorial Fund

In Great Falls, the My Best Day event is in honor of the Jake Arnston Memorial Fund to help raise funds for scholarships at Great Falls High School, CMR High School and St. Patrick's Academy students.

The day also includes honoring not just Jake, but also other children and adults who have left too soon.  Participants and families will have the opportunity to honor those lost along Angel Avenue leading up to the kickoff of the race.

How to Sign Up for the My Best Day 5k and Kids Bash Event in Great Falls

If you're ready to lace up the tennis shoes and bring the family to the fun on September 14, 2025, you can fill out the online entry form here.  Registration packets will be available for pick-up the day of the run beginning at 11:30am.

My Best Day is held at Wadsworth Park near the Branch Brady statue in the park.  The run will follow the Rivers Edge Trail continuing on River Drive to the 9th Street Bridge and looping back to the park.
