Great Falls - It's Time to Register for St. Patty's Day Parade
If you have entered a retail store within the last couple of weeks, you will notice the abundant selection of Easter baskets, candy and decorations. We have essentially jumped from Valentine's Day right to Peter Cottontail hopping into our homes.
There is another favorite holiday that happens in between those two however, and now is the time to get your group ready to be a part of this annual wearing of the green event downtown in Great Falls.
Traditions Dating Back to the 1800's In Great Falls, Montana
The Great Falls brotherhood of the Ancient Order of Hibernians was initially started in the late 1800's. Great Falls Division #1 has about 35 members in the community and provide Irish heritage and historical events, as well as supporting Catholic education through mentoring and scholarships.

Our local brotherhood also organizes and conducts the annual celebration and parade on Saint Patrick's Day in Great Falls. Registration has just opened for the 2024 celebration, set for March 16th in the Electric City.
How to Sign Up Now for the Annual Parade in Great Falls
Want to be a part of Saint Patrick's Day in Great Falls? Registration for the parade is officially open according to a social post on the Great Falls Ancient Order of Hibernians page.

The parade will be at 1pm, set for one day prior to the holiday, down Central Avenue. The registration fee is $15 or 5 cans of food. Charitable and non-profit are exempt. Parade entries must be in by March 10th, 2024. The entry form can be found here.
