Is Someone Really Hiding Cash Around Great Falls for People to Find?
For several years, the fun of geocaching across Montana has been something that has been gaining steady, albeit slow momentum. The idea is an easy one though; hide an object in the open of a specific area and give clues or coordinates as to where it might be located and eventually found.
"Cachers" have even gone so far as to create intricate puzzles that must be solved first in order to access the prize hidden within. Sometimes, prizes may be included, or others just snap a photo, sign their name and leave it for the next person to stumble upon. But someone in Great Falls, Montana is taking it a step further with cash. Money. Moolah. You just have to find it.

Great Way to Show Off Attractions and the History of Great Falls
The new page, begun in June 2026, appears to me to be a great way to show off a few of the sites in the city for newcomers to our area, and maybe even a touch of history to go along. And grabbing a quick Jackson doesn't hurt either.

Kudos to the folks behind this new, fun way to explore our city. Heck, you might even meet someone while both looking for that extra $20 lying next to the Paris Gibson statue in the park. Good luck out cache seekers and "may the odds forever be in your favor."
