Don't Forget the Back-to-School Blast in Great Falls

The past several weeks and even the coming weeks have been featuring students graduating from their respective schools.  Donning a cap and gown to walk the stage and receive a diploma.

Those graduations generally signify that the end of the current school year is upon us.  Soon children will be enjoying those summer months.  But Great Falls Public Schools are already looking ahead to the 2024-25 school year right now.

3rd Annual Event in Great Falls with Registration on Now

The Back 2 School Blast with Great Falls Public Schools offers a community wide event for school aged children.  Children at the event will receive:

• backpacks filled with school supplies
• immunizations/vaccinations and sports physicals
• health records, dental screenings and haircuts
• wellness checks
• food, fun and prizes

The event will be held at the Mansfield Center in Great Falls on August Friday, August 16th, 2024, from 12pm to 4pm.

VIP Preference for Those That Pre-Register for the Event in Great Falls

Parents have the option to sign up their child/children early for the Back 2 School Blast.  Pre-registration lasts until July 26th, 2024, and allows for early entry between 11a-12p.  To register your child/children now, you can stop into the following locations in Great Falls:

• Alliance for Youth, 3220 11th Ave S, open M-F 9a-6:30p
• Great Falls Rescue Mission, 408 2nd Ave S, M-F 9a-5p
• Opportunities Inc., 1123 Central Ave, M-F 9a-3p
