How To Enter Christmas Stroll Button Artwork in Great Falls
Think of It Like Christmas in July in Montana
As most of our state and country face what seems to be an extended "dog days of summer" event, any way to beat the heat is a welcome endeavor. Including even thinking about cooler weather.
It may seem out of place of sorts, but thinking about that big holiday at the end of the year isn't far off, especially if you are an artist and want to make your submission for this year's Great Falls Christmas Stroll Button.

Downtown Great Falls Association Has Put Out the Call for Artists Now
Each year the Downtown Great Fall Association ask artists that are residents of Cascade County to submit ideas for the coming year's Downtown Christmas Stroll. A limited number of these are made available and can be worth prizes during the event.

A panel of judges picked by the DGFA will judge entries, selecting one as the winner to be featured on the button. The winner will also receive a $150 cash prize from the Association.

Artists may submit up to 3 different design proposals for the contest. All entries must be in a round format. The DGFA is also requesting that the format for the button artwork include the theme for this year, "Holiday Luau".
Original artwork for the contest must be submitted by 2:00pm on Friday, September 6th, 2024. Any late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. Artists should drop artwork to the DGFA office, located at 318 Central Avenue in Great Falls.
