Imagination Library Returns to Great Falls for Free Books
When I think of growing up and attending school, I think of a fond memory regarding books. The annual book sale that would come each school year was always thrilling. And being able to choose which books you wanted to receive was just as fun.

But unfortunately, sometimes families aren't able to afford those book sale for their children. That's where several groups in Great Falls are helping to make a difference with a well-known music artist by offering free books to kids.
Helping Children Experience Reading Fun Across America and Montana
The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is "dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, through funding shared by Dolly Parton and local community partners."

In Great Falls, community partners include the Great Falls Public Library, Great Falls Public Schools, City County Health Department and Raising Readers of Cascade County. The project is also sponsored by First Lady Gianforte and the Treasure State Foundation.
Montana Kids 5 and Under Can Apply Now for Books
Free books are available for all children aged birth to 5 years old in every Montana home. There is no cost to families for the books from the project.
