This remote Montana Town transforms into a Real Country Christmas, with amazing antiques.

Step into the heartwarming scene of a Norman Rockwell painting, where the canvas comes to life, and you find yourself immersed in the quintessential charm of a real country Christmas. Imagine strolling down snow-covered lanes, surrounded by quaint cottages adorned with festive wreaths and glowing with the warm light of hearth fires.

You don't have to picture it.  This place exists.  And this weekend will bring collectors and shoppers from all over Montana.  Each on of them looking for that one of a kind piece that you can't find anywhere.

A Real Country Christmas in Virgelle

The local mercantile store is stocked with holiday treats and trinkets.  But the antiques!  So many beautiful one of a kind pieces, you better drive a truck, because you will be hauling some stuff home.  The hard part is you deciding on buying gifts for others, or if you just want to keep everything for yourself.

You only have 2 days to take it all in.  This weekend!  Saturday and Sunday.  Both days are open from 9 to 5.

Virgelle Mercantile is also a Bed & Breakfast

You might get lucky with booking a stay this weekend, or you will know that next year, you better plan ahead.  Check out the rooms here.

How Do I Get There?

Depending on where you are coming from, it could be a little bit of a drive.  But well worth it.  Directions from Havre, or Great Falls can be found here.
