There was a point in time, probably the mid 1980's, that a person could travel the Going to the Sun Road through Glacier National Park from the east side to the west entrance hardly seeing a vehicle.  Once you exited the park, there were actually open spaces as you made your way to Columbia Falls and then on to Kalispell.  Today, however, it's like you really never leave a town all the way to get to the "big" city.  Whitefish, Bigfork, Polson and more have seen home building and prices head northward rapidly.

Millions Of Dollars in Homes, Including A Tree House

If you travel the area of Kalispell and more, you will see homes that look like they should be in a movie set, not someone's home they come to each night after work.  It's not only single digit millions, but also double digits as well, as noted in the link below.  So how much is too much for a home?  Would you pay millions to live in a tree house in Montana?

Nestled in the city of Bigfork, this listing from National Parks Properties is truly amazing, but a little misleading on the treehouse part.  However, it would most likely definitely feel like you were living in one.
