10 Beautiful Flowers to Brighten the Winter in Montana

In case you missed it last week, meteorological winter came in mostly like a lamb on December 1st.  Coming next week will be the astrological start of winter on December 21st.  As the realization of winter finally being here hits, it brings with it the sadness of not seeing color in our yards or homes in the form of flowers or plants.

The other benefit of some of these plants, besides the mental aspect, is that many will bloom during the holidays, bringing even more color to those dreary afternoons of snow and wind across the state.
