In recent discussions, I've spoken many times about the generosity of the residents of the City of Great Falls.  It really is in my eyes boundless.  Great Falls people turn up and help support so many great things in the area.

As Great Falls gets ready to welcome the Montana Cowgirls Association Convention, it also brings to mind great women in Great Falls that have helped shape our community.  Those ladies that exemplify "professional excellence, dedicated community service, and a passion for elevating the Greater Great Falls area".

Great Falls Chamber Seeks ATHENA Award Nominations Now

To recognize those women in the Electric City, the Great Falls Chamber presents the ATHENA Award each year.  Since 1985, the award is given to one woman who "both individually and collectively, has helped shape Great Falls into a stronger, more vibrant community".

To be eligible for the award with ATHENA and the Chamber of Commerce, qualifications include:

• Reside or work in Great Falls or the surrounding area
• Demonstrate a commitment to helping women achieve their full leadership potential
• Exhibit professional excellence and innovation
• Provide significant service to improve the quality of life in the community

Get Those Nominations in Now, The Window is Closing Soon in Great Falls

The award will be presented with the Great Falls Chamber in association with D.A. Davidson Companies and City Motor Company.  The presentation will come in early 2026 according to the Chamber of Commerce.
