
Montana American Legion Hosting Annual Event Soon in Lewistown
As summertime temperatures continue to rise, so does the familiar rumble of motorcycle pipes come to life and echo across the mountains and prairies of Montana. There are also some amazing rides happening throughout the summer, including in central Montana this year.
The Montana American Legion Riders will be hitting the road from across Big Sky country, all to gather in literally the center of the state. This year's annual rider gathering will be held in Lewistown in June promising riding, brotherhood and honor.

Montana American Legion Hosting Annual Event Soon in Lewistown
The Montana American Legion Riders is a "dedicated group of motorcycle enthusiasts who share a passion for service, patriotism, and camaraderie" and are part of the national American Legion program.

Riders will be meeting in Lewistown, Montana from June12-14, 2026. The event will feature rides, community events, food, entertainment and honoring all who have served in any branch of the military.
Event Precludes the First Montana Legacy Run to Be Held in August
The ROMP ride with the Montana American Legion Riders will also feature details on a brand-new event being held in the state. The Montana Legacy Ride will help to raise funds and awareness for "the children of our nation’s fallen and disabled military heroes, ensuring they receive the education and opportunities their parents would have wanted for them."
The Montana American Legion Legacy Ride will be August 14-16, 2026, with over 800 miles traveled in just 3 days. The event begins in Missoula with stops in Bozeman and Kalispell. More details on the ride can be found here.
