Here's the setting, you are enjoying a day out in the wonderful Montana wilderness either hiking or surveying for that great hunt.

Once you hit a peak to get a lay of the land and a moose steps into you bubble. An old docile moose just walking around.

What would you do?

Would you run, or just stand there and video a wonderful coincidence in nature?

The guy taking this video chose the latter.

Tyler Blackmore Hughes on TikTok shared a video of his friend Jace Olsen having a nice interaction with a colossal beasts of a moose.

@tylerblackmorehughes Just imagine… I bet you’d drop one in your pants 😅 follow my guy on IG @jace_olson1 he’s a beast of a hunter! #fyp#moose♬ original sound - TylerBlackmoreHughes
At first glance you might be a little scared of what might happen with this close of an interaction between moose and human.
Instead we see an massive old moose walking up slowly just looking around, apparently having a good day and getting some exercise from the evident breaths it's taking on the way through the brush.

As we can see, the moose detects the guy filming and just goes about its business like it's just another day.
It goes to show the docility of an animal that is presumed to attack out of fear for self-preservation from the slightest movements.
A delicate interaction like this is extremely rare and I'm sure the person filming this will never forget what they saw that day.

While it may be tempting, trying to make a wild animal into a pet never really turns out well. They are wild for a reason. What looks furry and lovable may have a set of teeth that will leave a mark, for life!
