Shakespeare In The Park Returns To Montana
One of the best things about living in Montana is we actually get all four seasons, even if winter likes to hang around a little longer than the rest.
With summer right around the corner, it means one of the traditions of summer is returning; Shakespeare in the Park is back for its 54th season.

Free Outdoor Theater Under The Big Sky
If you’ve never sat outside under the Big Sky and taken in a live play, this might be the year to finally do it. And the best part? It’s completely free.
This year, the touring company is putting on two classics, The Merchant of Venice and Much Ado About Nothing.
The Merchant of Venice kicks things off June 10 through 13 in Bozeman at the MSU duck pond. Then Much Ado About Nothing takes the stage June 17 through 20 at the same spot.

But it’s not just Bozeman, and it’s not just the bigger cities either. Montana Shakespeare in the Parks travels all over the state, bringing performances to both big towns and small ones.
That’s really what makes it special. Not everyone is going to go out of their way to see a play, but when it shows up right in your local park, that’s a whole different story.
For a few hours before the show starts, it feels like the whole community shows up. People are hanging out, enjoying the warm summer air, just taking it all in together.
