Life on the Hi-Line Calendar Contest Seeking Entries

While Montana is known for its mountains much more than its prairies, that doesn't mean they are any less beautiful than them.  It holds true if you have ever traveled across the Hi-Line of the state.

Our prairie lands allow for cattle grazing, hay crops and the growing of barley and grains to help feed people and animals across the state, country and the world.

A Life on the Hi-Line of Montana in Photos

The annual Life on the Hi-Line Calendar Contest gives photographers everywhere the opportunity to showcase not only their own skills, but to showcase what make life move across the northern portion of Montana.

Contestants will have a chance at $50 gift cards in each round, plus a chance to be awarded a $250 gift card and be featured not only as one of the photos of a particular month but will also be recognized on the front of the calendar.

Sign Up Now and Get Your Photos in Before the Deadline

Shutterbugs can submit up to two landscape orientation (horizontal), high-resolution photos on the contest page by July 24th for your chance to win.

The timeline for the contest is as follows:

July 24: Submission period ends
July 26 - 30: Internal deliberation to select 9 finalists for each season (36 total)
August 1: Spring photo voting starts
August 8: Summer photo voting starts
August 15: Fall photo voting starts
August 22: Winter photo voting starts
August 30: Winners announced
