How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program in Great Falls

Besides sweat equity in building a home, prospective applicants will need to meet certain qualifications to be considered for the program.  Those include:

  • Demonstrate a need for housing
  • Meet income and program guidelines
  • Be able to pay an affordable mortgage
  • Be willing to complete sweat equity hours
  • Be a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home within the last 3 years
