
New Volleyball Training Facility Breaks Ground in Great Falls
On the off chance that you haven't noticed, Great Falls has an amazing sports community. And the sport doesn't matter either, with golf, baseball, softball, swimming; I could go on and on about the choices we are blessed with.
For youth in the city, choices are becoming more as well. High school baseball has just begun, and with summer, there are many camps for various sports. There is also exciting news for volleyball enthusiasts, as a new facility just broke ground, and is hoping for big things in the future.

New Volleyball Training Facility Breaks Ground in Great Falls
The Mighty Mo Volleyball Club in Great Falls have announced that after "months and months of planning, preparing permits, and bringing this vision to life" they have officially broken ground on an all-new training facility for volleyball players.

The new facility will be located on Gore Hill in the city, but as of now, the group has not announced an official prospective opening or completion date for the building.
The club stated that the "facility will create such an amazing opportunity for young volleyball players in our community, and we cannot wait to welcome everyone to the future home of the Mighty Mo Volleyball Training Facility".

The Mighty Mo Volleyball Club is owned and directed by Sacha Simmons, who also is the Assistant Volleyball Coach for the University of Providence Lady Argo's team. Since joining the Argo's, Simmons has earned several accolades including Frontier Conference Assistant Coach of the Year honors in 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as Regional Assistant Coach of the Year in 2024 and 2025.
The club will be hosting a camp for interested athletes in Great Falls for two age groups. "Mini Mo's" (K-8) camp runs June 29-30, 2026, while the high school aged group will run on July 1-2, 2026. For more details on the club, visit their website here.
