Cascade Pro Rodeo
Friday, August 11 & Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Cascade, Montana. Saddle bronc, bare bronc, team roping, bull riding, barrel racing, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, and mutton bustin’, street dances, community breakfast, and more. Details and tickets here.
Downtown Night Market

Art & Baseball at Centene Stadium w/ Paris Gibson Museum of Art
Join The Square and Great Falls Voyagers for a night of art and baseball at Centene Stadium! The Square will be hosting a 50/50 raffle with the Booster Club. Sun River Valley Fun Day
Saturday August 12 7am - 3pm Main Street in Simms. The theme is "Aloha from the Valley!" Pancake breakfast, fun run, parade, auction, duck race, kids games, music, food, horseshoe tournament, and more. For more information click here.
Mammoth Hunt
Saturday & Sunday August 12 & 13 at First Peoples Buffalo Jump park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Try atlatl, an ancient form of hunting. Park staff will be assisted by Jim Ray, who has more than twenty years of experience. Visitors will also have a chance to shoot primitive archery equipment and throw tomahawks with Billy Maxwell. George Bryce from Helena will demonstrate flint knapping on Saturday, and Don “Doc” Woerner D.V.M. from Laurel will showcase his unique bison and mammoth bone display on both days of the event.
