Great Falls Electric Basketball Team to Host First Round Playoffs

For sports enthusiasts, many of us are gearing up for the golf or baseball/softball season, there are still some loose ends that will need to be tied up.  Or, in this case, more like laced up.

Professional basketball continues in Great Falls, and our team just wrapped up the regular season with impressive win over the weekend.  Now the team looks ahead to playoff action, and the Electric will be hosting 3 opening round games soon.

Great Falls Electric Basketball Team to Host First Round Playoffs

The Great Falls Electric team, part of The Basketball League (TBL), finished the regular season with a 16-6 record in their third year, with a weekend sweep of the Willamette Valley Jaguars and massive 142-83 win in the final game.

After that final whistle of the game, the league announced the playoff pairings for the season, with the Electric receiving an opening round home stance.  The 3-game series will begin on May 28, 2026, to be held at the McLaughlin Center, at the University of Providence.

Electric to Host Team from Washington - Tickets on Sale This Week

The best of 3 games series begins at 7pm each night with the Great Falls Electric taking on the Grant County Red Tails from Mattawa, Washington.  The Red Tails finished the regular season with a 12-6 record.

Tickets will be on sale beginning this week for each playoff game at the Electric ticket site, available here.  Tickets will also be available for each night at the door of the venue.  Food and concessions will be available for fans during games also.
