It might just be me, but does anyone else feel that for all the "convenience" that hopping aboard an airplane offers, it can be a real hassle getting to the point of just sitting down and flying?

Great Falls Airport to Make Parking Changes Beginning Next Week

Now don't get me wrong, parking at the airport in Great Falls isn't that big of deal.  We are pretty fortunate in that respect.  But it can be a bit "quirky" trying to get from either long-term or short-term parking way out to where you need to pay.

Beginning next week on March 2, 2026, the airport will begin the process of removing the current ticket system and be replacing it with all new kiosks that will allow you to pay with your credit card or even your phone.

New Feature at Great Falls Airport - Check Your Car While Grabbing Bags

As part of the remodel of the parking ticket machines, there will also be a new cool feature for travelers inside of the airport.  Travelers will have the ability to use the pay-on-foot machine, available in bag claim so you can pay for parking before leaving the terminal.

If you want to keep it old-school, the GFIA will still have ticket dispensers available for a time.  Simply follow the signs at the Toll Plaza to pay a ticket dispensed on the old system. Several lanes will be dedicated to old tickets.
