Tammie was born in Choteau, Montana, and raised on a farm in the Golden Triangle, just outside of Choteau. Graduating from Great Falls High in the mid-80s, she headed to Billings to attend broadcasting school. Tammie has been working in radio stations in Montana since the age of 18. She's lived in Choteau, Conrad, Billings, Kalispell, and Great Falls. Tammie is a widow with 2 grown daughters, a stepdaughter and stepsons, and a lot of grandchildren.
