New Shooting Club Sets Sights on Great Falls
Shooting sports across America are huge. Montana shooting sports are even bigger. With so much wide-open space and opportunities to hunt a variety of game, it makes sense.
It also makes sense that we have several shooting clubs in central Montana. Now we have even more choices to learn safety, fairness and family fun. The bonus is all that fun is snuggled right in our area, just outside of Great Falls.
Practical Sense with Seminars Coming to Great Falls
The Crooked Falls Practical Shooters is the newest firearm enthusiast club in the city. The focus of the group is to blend safe gun-handling, accuracy, movement and speed in a heart-pumping training session and in friendly competition.
With timed runs through various courses, the facility offers a multitude of different scenarios and staging areas to hone your skills while being safe and finding likeminded individuals to share time with.
Great Falls Club to Host Local Seminar for More Information
To help introduce new members to the facility and to learn more about the Practical Shooters, the club will be hosting a full day seminar in Great Falls on April 20th. The event is hosted at the R&R Casino, starting at 8am on the date.
After a short meeting, members will head out to the range for further instruction and be able to practice on the range. The Crooked Falls Practical Shooters host USPSA matches for pistols and pistol caliber carbines at the Extreme Stress Shooting Range between Belt and Highwood. You can find their full schedule of events here.
