Great Falls Woman Charged with DUI. And What Did She Do In Cop Car?
A 20 year old Great Falls woman is facing a host of charges including DUI after a wild ride Friday night in town. Taylor Shanks bond has been set at $20,000. According to a Probable Cause Affidavit, police say she was driving around with a 14 year old girl in the vehicle and the 14 year old says she blew through several stop signs while they traveled on 10th Street. At one time she narrowly missed colliding with another vehicle. The 14 year old told police she was able to then get out of the vehicle.
When police caught up to Shanks she was parked along the 900 block of 3rd Avenue south in the opposite direction and beeping her horn. When police pulled up on her she got out of the truck and police noticed a strong smell of alcohol. She was then cuffed and put in the back of the patrol car.
WHAT DID SHE DO NEXT?
While shanks was in the patrol car, she managed to remove the seatbelt and pulled down her pants and proceeded to urinate on the seat and floor board of the patrol vehicle. According to police, shanks comes with several alerts saying she likes to fight and run. At that point, police took her directly to the county jail where things got even more interesting. At the county jail Shanks started to yell and scream at the officer every time he spoke.
Shanks was also wanted on a prior warrant. The latest charges are reckless driving, DUI, disorderly conduct and unnecessary use of a horn or warning device.
