I never wanted to be the old man complaining about how kids were on my grass, but time has a funny way of sneaking up on you.

Seems it's inevitable that at some point, you look in the mirror and you don't recognize the face staring back at you.

You can either lean into or fight it, and for this one instance, I'm going to lean into it.

Great Falls residents; you need to learn how to drive the roundabout on the west side of town.

Three separate occasions over the last three days I have almost ran into someone because they sped through the roundabout.

Seems some people need to retake the drivers license test again to understand how to drive this particular portion of the road.

I'm not saying I'm a perfect driver. I used to have a lead foot back in the day and I've got the tickets to show for it.

However, it seems that people just think they have the right of way no matter the situation when driving through this particular area of town.

All 3 times I was already in the roundabout where the red car on the right hand side is at in the photo below.

Also all 3 times the other driver came racing through from back behind the yield location on the right hand side where the blue arrow is pointing.

Luckily, I no longer have my lead foot; plus I'm constantly looking for cars speeding through this section of road.

Because of that I was able to slow down enough to miss clipping their rear end.

I've probably tempted karma with this rant and I'll get into an accident the next time I go through the roundabout.

My luck it will also be my fault.
