Maybe you missed their reopening because I know I did, but one of Great Falls beloved local restaurants reopened last weekend. The new owners had been working hard doing some remodeling and they are finally ready to start serving Great Falls again.

I'm of course talking about the Family Affair Restaurant located at 616 26th St N in Great Falls. Owners Linda Walden and Karla Husemoller sold it after over 30 years of running it after taking over from their mother back in the early 90s.

The new owners are Jonathan and Jacquie Scott.  Jacquie is a Great Falls local so she understands just how important this restaurant is to community.  When they were profiled by KRTV they said that the only changes one could expect was a few new additions to the menu and expanding hours.

Looking at the Family Affair Facebook page it shows they are now open from 7a to 2pm Tuesday through Saturday.  So, you'll still have to stop by during breakfast or lunch, but it's nice we now have the option to eat there on the weekend.

I know I'm excited to see what new additions have been added to menu.  The thing I'm most looking forward to is a slice of pie.  Family Affair was known for their baked goods and pies as much as their welcoming atmosphere.

In other business opening news Wellness 406 has opened recently in Great Falls.  They offer Massage Therapy, Salt Room, infrared sauna, & 24 hr. gym. You can find them at 125 N.W. Bypass Suite H.

Great Falls can expect more in the future with Chipotle, a second Panda Express, The Rib & Chop House, and the new Taco Bell all hopefully opening soon.

It's great to see all the new additions to Great Falls, even better when one of them is an old favorite!
