As a man from Montana, I am proud of the image the rest of the country has for us. People view Montanans as tough and hearty people. Cowboys and miners swinging hammers or hauling hay. This is why I am willing to bet that most people don't view Montana men as affectionate and cuddly... Until now.

The Olympics have wrapped up in Paris. Plenty of buzzworthy highlights were made during the 2 week-long event. One stood out to the world as one of the sweetest moments of the Paris Olympics. The viral story of a supportive husband cheering on his love as she competed in the long jump competition.

NBC Sports mic'd up Hunter Woodhall as he cheered from the stand for his wife Tara-Davis Woodhall. The result was a textbook example of how a loving and supportive spouse should be. Video of Hunter's reaction to Tara winning Gold can be seen here.

Hunter Woodhall was born in Utah, and much of his family lived near Stanford, Montana.

We just discovered that Hunter Woodhall's family is from Stanford, Montana - located on the foothills of the Little Belts Mountains! His wife Tara, won gold in long jump and he went completely viral for what is could be considered the best cheerleading of all time!

Not only is Hunter the embodiment of a great spouse, but he is also an Olympic athlete. Hunter was born without legs and is also competing in the Paralympics.
