Is This Really the Most Favorite Cheese in Montana?

In my house, cheese is like bacon.  It is a main staple in most of our meals that we cook.  Whether it be a cheeseburger, salad or a garlic parmesan for a pasta, cheese will be served in some form.

But what are the favorite cheeses that we all love; is there one that stands out amongst all of the gouda, cheddar or parmesan in our state?  Believe it or not, there is a survey that!

Cheese Works in So Many Dishes We Serve in Montana

In a new survey by Cheez It Crackers responses showed that 20% of adults eat cheese at least once a day.  Probably because it can be used in so many different meals, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.

In Montana, the average person will consume nearly 40 pounds of cheese in just one year.  But only one of those cheeses is the absolute favorite in Big Sky Country.

Let's Head Underground And Check Out Missouri's Cheese Cave

Springfield Underground is a 3.2 million square foot facility free from exposure to outdoor elements. Underground it's always 62 degrees, and the subterranean space is home to 25 buildings, with 224 freight docks, and is popular with dairy producers for storage of their products and materials. Let's head underground and look at how Springfield Underground came to be and ride through it.
