When you start to pack for a more than one-day festival across the Big Sky Country, what are some of the must have things that you bring with you?  Have you ever considered that they might not be welcome at the venue?

A set of rules and guidelines for a festival this weekend caught my eye with some of the "do not even think about bringing this stuff with you" items that were listed.  While there were some that made total sense, some made me wonder "who is bring this stuff with them" type vibe.

The Invasion Comes to Kalispell this Weekend at Flathead County Fairgrounds

The 5th Annual Area 406 Music and Art Festival will be invading the Flathead County Fairgrounds on June 27 and 28, 2025.  The event gathers regional and national bands to perform on 4 separate stages for the two-day festival.

The gathering will also feature a unique premise of transforming the fairgrounds into "a full-blown UFO landing zone for the most legendary alien-themed EDM fest in the Northwest".

Getting Tickets to the Event and What to Leave at Home for the Festival in Montana

Tickets are available here for the 5th Annual Area 406 Music and Art Festival in Kalispell.  On site camping is available and there will be a vendor village and food trucks both days.

However, there are a few items that the organizers want to remind everyone that won't be allowed at the festival.  And honestly, these all pretty much work for any festival that you may be taking in, regardless of where it is at.  Leave the pyrotechnics to the pros!
